This policy applies to credit purchases made by companies on HelloHR. Recruiters and candidates are never charged anything, so nothing in this policy applies to those accounts.
Credits are sold in fixed packages and are used to unlock candidate profiles. Once a credit has been spent to unlock a profile, that transaction is final and non-refundable, since the profile information has already been delivered to you.
Unused credits do not expire, but are non-refundable for cash — they remain in your account for future use. If you wish to close your company account, any unused credits are forfeited unless required otherwise by law.
If a payment is deducted from your account but credits are not reflected in your HelloHR wallet due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference. We will verify the transaction with our payment processor and either credit your account or issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days of confirmation.
Recruiter commissions are earned, not purchased, and so are not subject to refund. Disputes about commission amounts or hire confirmations should be raised with us directly and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
